My mother is an eye doctor with a specialty in eye diseases. So in a way a double specialty.
You would say that she only worked 70–75% instead of full time.
She did change that into a private practice the last ten years.

However, she chose to have a lower salary and more free time. For example, she did not work fridays, and she was always off when the schools where out. So easter vacation, summer vacation, etc.
When she was working in the francise, she was making 48,000 SEK per month.
Both of these salaries are quite good in Sweden and allowed her to take care of three children, have a house, go on vacations, etc.

When she worked as a true private practice she made a bit more, around 60,000 SEK per month.
But the salary will very much depend on where in Sweden you work, if you have any specialities or are a general practitioner and so on. If you are coming from the USA, you will probably be disappointed. (But still have a good life here in Sweden)
She was in “private” practice. She didn’t really own the clinic she worked in. Think of it as a franchise.
